The separate guest house, nestled among secular trees, is surrounded by a pleasant park running down to the Loire. The Pink Room: This upstairs bedroom (17m2) with 1 east window overlooking the park, is furnished in “Louis-Philippe” antique and provides 1 double (140cm) and 1 single (80cm) beds. Private en-suite shower room and toilets. The Blue Room: Upstairs, this bedroom (22 m2), with 2 windows facing south and east overlooking the park and furnished with “1900″ antique provides 1 double (140cm) and 1 single (90cm) beds. Private en-suite bathroom and toilets.Television. The Green Room: This upstairs bedroom (25m2 large) with 2 windows facing west and east overlooking the park and furnished in “18th century regional” antique provides 1 double (140cm) and 1 single (90cm) beds. Private en-suite bathroom and toilets. Television. The Francois 1st Suite: On the ground floor, with a private entrance and a door leading to the rest of the house, this small appartment (60m2) with 5 windows opening to the east and west overlooking the park, is made up of 1 bedroom with lounge and chimney (1 double bed = 140cm) and a living-room (1 single bed = 90cm). All furnished in “Louis-Philippe” antique.Private en-suite bathroom and toilets. Television. Private kitchen corner (fridge, gas cooker, dishes and ustensils). The Gite by the Loire: Au rez-de-chaussée de la maison dhôtes, ce petit appartement totalement indépendant dune superficie denviron 50 m2 se compose dune chambre avec 1 lit de 140cm et 1 lit de 90cm, dun séjour avec cuisine (frigo, gazinière, évier, micro-ondes, vaisselle etc) et dune salle de douche avec toilettes. Mobilier ancien de qualité. Télévision et prise téléphone. Lave-linge commun. Parking privé dans la propriété. Lounge:Like all the interior of the house, the lounge upstairs is tastefully decorated and furnished with nice old pieces. It is shared by guests. Breakfast which is included in your tariff is served here when weather is not favourable for it to be taken outside on the flower decked terrace. Also by prior arrangement, you can enjoy a dinner with 1st course, main course, cheese, dessert, bread and drink.
