The views from most of the rooms look onto a canal, that gives a typical Venetian atmosphere. The furnishings and decorations have been particularly chosen to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location of the apartment is favourable as its location is near many bridges of interest, also the cultural museums and galleries, the Palazzo Grassi is near the vaporetto/boat stop of SantAngelo, near the quite and beautiful Campo Santo Stefano with her numerous open terraces. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME The apartment is delivered from 14.00 oclock of the arrival day and must be left within 10.00 oclock of the last day of Your stay. At Your arrival a representative of Dimora Veneziana will wait for You, at the pubblic boat line station closest to the apartment, to give You the keys and the first usefull informations. The keys delivery takes place also in our Point Office. After You have entered the apartment, You will be asked to sign the list of the existing objects. If you discover that an item in the inventory is damaged, you must report it at latest within 12 am of the day after Your arrival, otherwise our society will not be responsible for such item. On request, Dimora Veneziana arranges the transfer from the airport, the railway station or Piazzale Roma (car terminal) to the located apartment and back, with settled water-taxi. To make Your arrival simpler, we beg You to tell us (by phone, fax or e-mail) Your means of transport, as well as the number of Your flight, train or if You arrive in Venice by car. In this way we could suggest You the best way to reach Your apartment or our office.
