The property of “Parco Fiorito” is surrounded by pinewoods and tall forests rich in mushrooms, truffles and chestnuts. A working Farm, “Parco Fiorito” covers 20 acres cultivated with corn and barley which is used to feed a herd of sheeps which provides mutton. An olive grove and sun drenched vineyards provide olive oil and wines of high quality. All of these products are produced organically without chemical additives and under the strict guidlines and controls of the AIAB (the Italian Association of Biological Agriculture). In the three main farm structures are found independent apartments beautifully rennovated in wood and terracotta.
