Mezzanine floor apartment for 2 to 4 people, with two doors to the terrazza. The bedroom with “The view”: the old, exclusive Excelsior Vittoria Hotel, lovely coastline and the majestic 100 year old pine tree on the terrace a few steps below. Acheerfully decorated dining area with adjoining kitchen shares this amazing view. One bathroom and a large bedroom / lounge / dressing room with ample closet space and convertible double sofa bed. Trought original stained-glass-detailed windows in the dinning/kitchen area, the villa’s long private drive and gate can be seen.
